Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the NOKAYA B2B wholesale site handles, why we need it and how you can control it. The site is intended for partner stores and the NOKAYA team.
Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
- Access request: store or company name, first name, surname, work email address and phone number.
- Signing in: email address and password (the password is stored in protected form and we cannot see it). If you sign in with Google: the name, email address and profile photo of your Google account. We do not get access to your Gmail, files or contacts.
- Orders: store and contact person, selected styles, colours, sizes, quantities and prices, order PDFs and order history.
- Technical data: cookies needed for sign-in and security, and hosting service logs (IP address, time of request, browser type).
Why we use it
- to review your access request and contact you;
- to give you access to the wholesale collection and your partner account;
- to receive, store and process wholesale orders and produce order PDFs;
- to protect the site and accounts from unauthorised access;
- to meet legal requirements, including accounting obligations.
We rely on taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with your store, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, compliance with legal obligations and, where the law requires it, your consent. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Supabase — accounts, sign-in and access requests;
- Netlify — website hosting and order storage;
- Google — Sign in with Google, if you choose it;
- Telegram — internal notification to the NOKAYA team about a new access request (store name, name, email address and phone number);
- an email delivery service — sending verification codes to your email address.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We share only the data needed for the site to work.
NOKAYA B2B’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
- Access requests and accounts — for as long as needed to review the request and work together. You can ask us to delete them at any time, unless the law requires us to keep the data longer.
- Orders — for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Hosting service logs — for the period set by the provider.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email customercare.nsystem@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to sign you in and keep your session, for partner invitations and to protect against unauthorised access. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
